Exercise is a key component of BURN 90 program. Have an active and fun lifestyle. Do what you love and works for you. Exercise not only helps you maximize your weight management efforts, it also provides positive mood. Exercise for 30 minutes a day, 5 times a week

BEGINNER

– Level of exercise increases enough that it becomes difficult to talk
– Heart rate increases enough to feel it, generally around 110-130 beats per minute (bpm)

ADVANCED

– Breathing is heavy and labored
– Conversation is difficult
– Heart rate will be over 130 beats per minute (bpm)
